We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of the families that we serve. The determination for what services will best meet your needs can be made in conjunction with one of our therapists.
Outpatient counseling services are provided for individuals, families, and group. Our services can incorporate play, expressive art, and traditional talk therapy. We address a wide variety issues such as behavioral concerns, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depression, and family/relationship conflict. We also offer individual counseling for parents and caregivers to assist them in managing issues that may impede their ability to fulfill their role within the family.
Yoga is a great way to help children move their bodies and exercise, while helping to develop their social and emotional intelligence. Yoga classes are offered in a group or private session. Classes are offered for children ages 3 and up, and run for 8 week cycles. Classes are customized to meet the developmental and social-emotional needs of the children in the class.
Group counseling is a great option for social skill building/friendship making or as an add on to individual counseling. Group counseling addresses issues related to psycho-education, emotional expression, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Group counseling is currently offered for children and adolescents.
