    We work with most major insurance plans as an out of network provider. We also offer a sliding scale fee, to make your wellness and therapy practical and affordable. We are in network with United Healthcare, Optum, and Oxford.     Typically appointments are scheduled within 1-2 weeks, or as quickly as we can connect you with one of our therapists.
  • What is the demographic of clients that you service?
    We serve people from ages 4 years old and up. We have therapists who specialize in working with children, teens, college students, young adults, and adults of all backgrounds.
  • Is your location handicap accessible?
    Our location is handicap accessible. It offers handicap parking, a ramp for entry, and an elevator.
  • Do you provide group counseling?
    Group counseling is available and operates by cycles.
  • Do you offer in person counseling and telehealth options?
    We provide both in person and telehealth options.
